+ Press OK and again ‘Repair’ this connection by right clicking same Network adaptor. + Once this whole process completes, disable the same network adaptor And voila! I could connect to my VPN successfully using CISCO VPN client. If there is any other solution to solve this issue then do let everyone know in comments below.
Feb 25, 2020 · Issue: VPN Gateway not reachable via VPN tunnel is logged into the Events window Solution Open the VPN Settings tab and change the value for Virtual Adapter Address Assignment (IPv4). Issue: Session PHS: signature check failed (bad decrypt) is logged into the Events window Solution So, the VPN clients, versions 5.0.3 and 5.0.4, have been working fine until the last week or so and now a few instances appear to be having issues starting the virtual adapter again. It isn't widespread in my org yet, but for the people who are having issues with this I have had to run a repair install as described in this thread. My Device Manager (using Show Hidden Devices) does not show Juniper Networks Virtual Adapter Manager is installed or Juniper_Networks_Virtual_Adapter_01. I am assuming this is my issue. However, I can not find anything on how to install these devices.

This is especially useful for devices that don’t natively support VPN connections, such as Roku, Apple TV, Chromecast, smart TVs, game consoles, and first-generation Amazon Fire TV sticks ( newer Fire TV sticks support VPN apps ).
